PAYMENT
The first half of the full payment will be accepted before model rigging begins. Upon model completion, final payment must be received before I send over the model files. Payment may be accepted through PayPal, Cashapp, or Kofi, and other payment methods may be discussed. All prices are shown in USD and are estimates that may change based on the complexity of the design.MODEL PREPERATION
Please refer to this document in order to properly separate your model art when commissioning me. I will ask for further model separation or adjustment if needed. Any and all references for your model are extremely helpful, such as different facial expressions, closed eyes, mouth forms, e.t.c. (does not need to be drawn well)COMMUNICATION OF PROGRESS AND ISSUES
You may contact me through E-mail or Twitter. After the initial payment is confirmed, conversation may continue via Discord upon request. I will send progress updates after completing milestones such as eye movement, mouth movement, head angles, and physics. I am always open to questions, inquiries, suggestions, and requests during the modelling process. If there are any issues with the model, please inform me and I will try to fix it if I can.MODEL DEVILERY
The estimated delivery time will be informed to the client at the time of the order and may vary by the complexity of the model. Average delivery time is 5 weeks. In the case of a delay, the client will be informed. Upon model completion, I will send a sample recording of the model's range of motion and expressions. Once the work is approved and the final payment is delivered, I will provide the model files through a Google Drive link. Only the files needed for use in vtuber tracking programs will be provided; the .cmo3 model rigging file will not be distributed.CREDIT
You must provide proper model rigging credit to me and your model artist in an easily visible place such as your Social Media Bio, Information Page, or Video Description. Proper credit must be provided as either a full username or link, with the role (rigger, artist, e.t.c.) listed.USE
There is no fee for commercial usage of the model in content creation such as streaming. The model may not be redistributed without my permission. I do not allow my work to be used for cryptocurrency in any way, including NFTs and other forms of digital trading. I do not allow my work to be used for or submitted to any Artifical Intelligence (AI) processors / generators.RIGHTS
I reserve the right to use completed works and commissions for my portfolio unless requested otherwise. You may feel free to inform me if you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, or to delay posting.
If I am unable to continue working on your commission for any reason, I will inform and refund you as soon as possible. I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.OTHER NOTES
• My main language is English. If the commissioner speaks another language, DeepL or an equivalent site shall be used to translate.
• If you do not respect the terms of service, you will be submitted to the Live2D community Blacklist.
